Tee Time Reservations may be made in person or by phone 28 days in advance on both the 18 and 9 hole courses. A major credit card number (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) is required to hold the reservation. Reservations may be changed or cancelled 24 hours in advance with no penalty. No-shows will be charged the appropriate green fee. Times not reserved are available to walk-up play. 2010 Permanent Starting Time – Official Rules Click Here to See Who is Signed Up for the 2010 Permanent Time Draw 2010 Permanent Times - Final Results 2009 Permanent Times - Final Results 2008 Permanent Times - Final Results Over 60 Group The Over 60 Group plays the Village Links 9 hole course every Wednesday from April 14 through September 15. Tee times begin at 7:00 a.m. For those who would like to play in a foursome at the same time each week, there will be a drawing for permanent starting times on Wednesday, March 31, 2010 in the Village Links Grill. Registration will begin at 3:00 p.m. on that date. Each foursome will be required to pay a $100.00 ($25.00 per person) league fee. This payment includes the CDGA handicap fee and all event entry fees. To register a foursome, the captain's name and the $100.00 league fee will be required. We accept cash, check or credit card. If your group would like to pre-register, you may do so in the Village Links Pro Shop beginning January 2, 2010. Those who are not part of a permanent time foursome are welcome to play each week on a walk-up basis. After you have paid your green fee, you may play in the event without paying a prize fee. Nine hole green fees for 2010 are $19.00; $15.20 if you purchase a Village Links VIP card; $15.00 if you qualify and purchase a Resident Card, or $10.00 if you qualify and purchase a Senior Resident Card. Green fees are payable at the time of play. Swingin’ Set Ladies Golf League For over 30 years, the Swingin' Set ladies golf league has been one of the western suburbs top women's golf groups. The Swingin' Set is really two leagues in one, with separate divisions playing the 18-hole course and 9-hole course. They play every Tuesday morning May through September, with tee times between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM. The league is a great way to meet other women golfers of all ages and varying golf abilities. They open their season with a Spring Luncheon in April, enjoy a friendly competition each week, and close with a Fall Luncheon in October. More Swingin' Set League and Membership Information The Village Links is available for 9-hole league play Monday through Friday. There is limited space for private group leagues. The Village Links also coordinates 9 and 18 hole leagues open to the public. League formats and availability are listed below. Outings While the Village Links is committed to individual foursomes, outings are available every day on the 18-hole course between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Outings are scheduled on a first come basis. A deposit is required. Schedule your outing by calling the golf staff at 630-469-8180. |
